Terms of Purchase

When users complete product selection, order submission and payment operation on the platform, it means that the user fully reads, understands and voluntarily accepts all the terms of purchase and platform operation rules, and formally establishes a binding electronic consumption contract between the user and the platform. All product pricing, discount activity rules, inventory status, product parameter descriptions and service commitments displayed on the platform page are all content of the purchase contract and have equal binding force on both parties. We reserve the right to adjust product sales prices, 70% OFF discount rules, promotional activity settings and product inventory range in real time according to market supply and demand, supply chain cost changes and seasonal operation arrangements, and will not notify users in advance of normal commercial rule adjustments. Users shall take the initiative to read and recognize the relevant terms before placing orders, and shall not refuse to perform contract obligations on the grounds of not understanding the rules after completing payment.

Users shall use legal and compliant official payment channels to complete order payment, and shall not use stolen payment accounts, abnormal transaction channels and illegal fund settlement methods to place orders. Once the payment is successful and the order is confirmed, the order cannot be arbitrarily cancelled and modified without valid reasons. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after the valid time limit, and the platform has the right to limit the repeated placement of malicious unpaid orders and batch trial orders by the same account. Users shall ensure the authenticity and validity of payment information, and bear the risks and losses arising from illegal payment operations and account abnormal transactions by themselves. We have the right to freeze orders and suspend transaction services for suspicious abnormal orders involving fund laundering, malicious arbitrage and illegal transaction behaviors, and conduct subsequent processing in accordance with platform rules and international transaction norms.

All personal care products sold on the platform are produced and sold in accordance with international daily chemical product safety standards and skin use specifications, with clear product ingredient labels, use methods and applicable crowd prompts. Users shall use the products strictly in accordance with the official recommended use methods and scope of application, and shall not arbitrarily increase the use dose, change the use method and apply the products to unsuitable skin types and physical conditions. We are not liable for skin discomfort, allergic reaction and physical discomfort caused by personal skin physical sensitivity, improper use beyond the product instructions and violation of applicable crowd restrictions. Users shall bear the responsibility for judging whether their physical condition and skin type are suitable for the product. We provide product ingredient information and applicable crowd description in detail on the product page for users to refer to before purchasing.

Before the order enters the warehousing picking and shipping process, users can apply for order information modification and order cancellation through official service channels, including recipient address adjustment, contact information modification and product specification replacement. Once the order has been arranged for outbound delivery and logistics pickup is completed, order cancellation and address modification applications will no longer be accepted. For orders cancelled by users before delivery, the refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy standards, and no additional fee will be deducted. The platform has the right to take the initiative to cancel orders in the case of product inventory shortage, logistics delivery failure, abnormal user account and violation of purchase terms, and give full refund processing to cancelled orders, without undertaking additional compensation liabilities beyond the policy scope.

All product pictures, text descriptions, fragrance introduction and ingredient parameter content on the platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Users shall not copy, reproduce, disseminate and use platform content for commercial purposes without authorization. Users shall not place orders for the purpose of commodity resale, malicious price arbitrage and infringing intellectual property rights. We set reasonable purchase quantity restrictions for individual hot-selling products and limited discount commodities to prevent malicious hoarding and batch resale behaviors. For orders exceeding the reasonable purchase limit, we have the right to limit transaction quantity, cancel abnormal orders and restrict account purchase authority, so as to protect the fair purchase rights and interests of ordinary individual consumers.

We shall not be liable for any consumption loss, skin discomfort and economic loss caused by users' arbitrary purchase without reading product parameters, improper use and violation of applicable crowd regulations. We are not responsible for order delivery delay, parcel loss and customs inspection detention caused by objective factors such as logistics network failure, policy adjustment and natural disasters. We shall not bear the liability for indirect loss, expected income loss and spiritual compensation claims arising from product use and order transaction. All platform liabilities are limited to the scope stipulated in the after-sales policy of product replacement, return and refund, and no additional extended compensation commitment will be made without explicit official written confirmation.
