Use The Body Serum and The Body Retinol as a day night-system. Use The Body Retinol at night. Apply to areas where treatment is needed. Apply to clean skin. Do not apply a moisturizer on top. Leave-on. If you are new to retinol consider a patch test. Start by using 1-2 times a week, graduating to every night for best result. Use The Body Serum at day. Use under moisturizer or mix with moisturizer to minimize stickiness. Apply to clean skin. Leave on.
